Returns and Cancellation Policy

Consumers have the option of returning all products within 7 days of delivery or receipt, for purchases from any physical "Stephanis" store, and provided they meet the check criteria of our technical department.

They also have the possibility of return for all products within 14 days from the day of withdrawal request, for purchases from our online store, and if they meet the check criteria of our technical department. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery, via one of the following methods.

  1. Communication through our website using the special form here expressing a clear statement of withdrawal.
  2. Communication via e-mail: customercare@stephanis.com.cy expressing a clear statement of withdrawal

RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from Stephanis physical shops

The product can be returned to any Stephanis store within 7 working days from the day of purchase, along with the receipt.

The product will be checked by the Technical Department of our company in a reasonable time, and if it meets the following criteria, you will be able to receive a refund for the value of your purchase in the form of vouchers or replace it for another product of equal value.

Criteria:

- The original packaging includes all products and accessories

- The original packaging, product, and accessories have not been damaged or have any deformations *.

* The customer has the right to open the package carefully and manage the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature of the features and function of the product. However, if during the inspection, it is found that any of the above criteria are not met, and that the product has been used by the customer to a point beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product, then the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product. In addition, in cases where the customer is responsible for the destruction of the product or its packaging, or accessories, then the company may not return money to the consumer, nor accept the return or change of the product.

Purchases from our online store (www.stephanis.com.cy)

The product can be returned to any Stephanis store within 14 working days from the day of the withdrawal request, along with the receipt. The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery.

It is noted that the responsibility and any costs incurred for transporting the product back to the store are borne by the buyer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an online order

  • If you have chosen to Pick-up from Stephanis shop, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date.
  • If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above in cases 1 and 2.
