THE COMPANY A. STEPHANIS & CO LTD informs their clients that

PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED RETURNS ONLY in accordance to the following terms:

1. Products must be returned within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase of the product provided that the product has not been opened, has not been used and is in its original state, namely, in the condition it was sold (complete packaging and with all accessories).
    
   
2. A necessary precondition for the return of any product is the presence of the purchase receipt of the product.
    
3. No products will be accepted for return or repair if they have been removed from their packaging or the packaging has been damaged.
    
4. No consumable products (chargers, batteries, headphones, feed-gear, inks etc) will be accepted for return or repair, if their packaging is not in a condition to be sold.
    
   
5. The company A. STEPHANIS & CO LTD reserves its right to require from the client to deliver the product he wishes to return to the technical department for checking, if this is deemed necessary by A. STEPHANIS & CO LTD.
