a hard day. You can take approximately 10 to 15 minutes for a footbath with a

massage, once or twice per day. However you should make sure that the

device has cooled down fully after each use before it is used again!

The WBW foot spray bath is suited for use with water and also for a dry foot

massage. You may fill the device with cold or warm water.
