For customer care issues or damages the client can make a complaint following the procedure below. The appropriate manager will contact the client immediately and arrange to examine the case.

Information about after sales issues


In the event of operational problems, damage to the product or to change a product the consumer can follow the following procedures:


  1. Return the product at any Stephanis shop according to our «Reurns and Cancellation» regulations mentioned in our website, here.
  2. Hand in the defective product to any Stefanis shop where the product will be recorded in our system and will be examined by our Technical Department accorging to our «Limited Warranty» regulations mentioned on our website, here.
